Luego de analizar cada caso en particular y de concluir que dos de las tres peticiones deprecadas incumplieron los requisitos de legitimidad para actuar y el de oportunidad, la Corte decidió rechazar éstas y negar la tercera.

  1. PRIMERO. RECHAZAR las solicitudes de aclaración presentadas por (i) el señor Ronald José Valdés Padilla, y (ii) el presidente y el secretario técnico del Comité Técnico de Seguimiento a la Sentencia SU-288 de 2022 por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
  2. SEGUNDO. NEGAR la solicitud de aclaración presentada por la Juez Promiscuo Municipal de Jenesano por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
  3. TERCERO. COMUNICAR esta decisión a los peticionarios, con la advertencia de que contra esta decisión no procede recurso alguno.
  4. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
